low pay , mngt ignores your suggestions , crap working conditions

high turnover of staff from the time i started and left ive seen 13 team members leave , even the HR mngr left after i did , when i was there ive seen warehouse staff arrested for theft, treated the staff will ill contempt (most depts forbid you to talk to other depts) that most of the single moms were crying for their horrible schedules fraud director m pierce got ESCORTED out of that place as well.( wondered how he got the job at AMAZON AFTER!?) .scary !
