      -This company has incredible infrastructure. -Management is organized and personable. -The atmosphere is exciting. -Really good benefits -The employees are friendly -Pay is higher than majority of other companies -Huge growth potential -Discounts on website items -Job Security -You are working in an industry that is growing faster than any other industry

      Cons

      -Parking can be tricky to find if you leave for lunch but you'll always find a spot in the lot. -All of the items on the website aren't free to employees -Lots of meetings but they are valuable and provide good insight.
