Joined the company this year, the environment and team support make me feel I made a right decision to take the offer. The working flow is heavy and very fast speed, however, you have the opportunity to grow with the company. It is not a place for whoever is willing to retire here, but you will get what you paid.

Cons

Management team is better to communicate with each other.
