bad management back fires on almost everything. good people kept leaving because they are distributed by the culture.

It gets you money to put food on the table. You meet people there that are also suffering. I guess its a pro that the company is still alive. This feat alone should be recorded and witnessed. It takes a lot to squander millions of dollars like Newegg does yet still be able to keep their business up and running.

Cons

Too much to list. I can probably film a documentaries on the horrors of working here.
