Pros
Great environment to work in and the people that worked there strives to meet many of the goals necessary to help make the Business Unit profitable while providing the best service to the customers.
Cons
There was a sense of lack of managerial structure within the teams managed by the Sales Managers. Much of the decision making was made on a false realities, and projections of expectations. The feeling from most management was either apathy or being one's "boss" and not much of a "leader". They may have the paper credentials, but they were not great leaders.
