Good team energy on the B2B BU, room to develop skill sets, collaborative work environment. Recent company changes have been heavily employee focused, improvements with internal systems and work life balance.

Cons

Sporadic management focuses create confusion, some disconnects between corporate expectations versus support/tools available to achieve. High turnover with sales team, more training necessary.

Pros

The people here are good. Professional behavior and work quality, and coworkers are very nice and easy to work with. HR tries their best to treat their employees well. A stable company.

Cons

The parking lot is mixed in with the warehouse entrance in WH11, so delivery trucks get blocked by cars or pedestrians every day. Important conversations get siloed, which leads to last-minute rush jobs for some teams. The demand for computers and smart phones is slowing down, so there are some budget restrictions.
