      The employees that work in this company is gray and I assume management has the best of intensions but need to just show it in another way that they are currently

      There is too much micro managment, every detail of what you say is watched and listened to. Everything you type is watched and listened to. And will most likely be received with negative feedback unless you follow script 150%

      Good place to start in technology if your stuck in the SGV area

      Pros

      One of the few large tech employers in the Walnut Valley / East San Gabriel Valley area. So commute was easy for me. Their name is recognized by many others in the technology business so starting there and putting the name on your resume doesn't hurt. Good work life balance, not too many people burning the midnight oil.

      Cons

      Low pay, very little opportunity for promotion. Non-mandarin speakers sometimes feel like outsiders.
