Pros

Great Manager. Great Supervisor. Crap co-workers. IT Manager and his team of minion supervisors are great to work for. Learned quite a bit; but be sure to get retaliated after get taught by the minion supervisor if you catch the wrong one.

Cons

Came out of college and got a job here. Learned to stay away from this company after working here for a few months for several reasons. Sexual harassment are at a rampant-time high especially in the IT Department. The men in the department always make sexual ephilets about women that makes women look like inferior second-class citizens. Non-professional work environment. If you belong to a class of the following: sex (especially being female), disability, race etc etc; be prepared you'll be working in a culture where it promotes perverts and competition. I've seen a co-worker condemned someone who was of different sexual preferences and another one slap a female colleague in the rear while walking by. When speaking about this with your supervisor or upper management such as Charlie, they don't seem to care. In all, be prepared to work for a anti-semtic, female-bashing and butt-slapping, racist and people from different creeds intolerant culture. In regards to pay and training, they dont sponser it. No upward growth. Like one of my former colleagues in the IT Department said who worked at Newegg since its inception in 2000, the company rather hires new talent than to promote within. Competition for a raise is high so be cautious who you friend at Newegg especially in the IT Department. They could be tomorrow backstabbing you and your out of the job for their bonus or raise.
