Pros

-Talented people (unfortunately those are not the people in charge) -Long Lunches (you try to stay away from this place as much as u can) -Benefits are actually good -Free Air for breathing -Free Toilet Paper

Cons

Employee Morale: This company absolutely hates their employees... it may sound hyperbolic but its true. This company is so cheap at one point they had their product managers beg their vendors to fund their own (Neweggs) company picnic. Based on how cheap they are it all trickles down. Christmas party you say? no budget. Bonus you say? Heres a 10 red envelope ......it doesn't matter if employees are happy here its work work work no fun! The only thing fun about this place is when its lunch time and you get to leave for 90 minutes ha! The constant turnover rate is depressing..Newegg doesn't believe in keeping valuable talent, they just toss someones work to someone else (poor them) because its an opportunity of a lifetime according to management and get mad when its not done on time. Pay: Expect to get low balled here, because Newegg is the place to work haven't u heard? Leadership: Turrrrrrrible,...theres a reason why this company is in tank mode and it starts at the top. Newegg is filled with people in power that do not what they are doing but were socially promoted .These people come up with the craziest goals based on no knowledge, manipulate the numbers , make a really neat powerpoint :) and state Newegg is on its way to another Positive year! Hurraaaayyy! According to glassdoor Newegg makes 2-5 billion a year ha.. sure bob. Misc: You will never work for another company in which every meeting you attend is absolutely positively worthless... meetings about yesterday, meetings about today, meetings about upcoming meetings (seriously)..worst of all its never ending.. the amount of powerpoints you will do here... mind boggling.

Pros

Amazing people. Team environment and the relationships formed in this pressure cooker are priceless. Cliques are natural but everyone helps each other out since management is so terrible. Lunch breaks- sometimes you can be gone for 2 hrs and it'll be fine, esp on Fridays

Cons

work environment suffocating- no windows to the outside world, the worst meeting agendas ever (i rarely recall a meeting in which people listening were actually engaged and not secretly on their phones), expected OT (in PM, no one ever leaves at 5:30)

Pros

like a school, constantly learning, affiliation - lots of interaction with other employees, lots of good people, social.

Cons

low pay, lots of pressure, long hours, involunteer OT encouraged by upper management (so call responsible system) for managers, weak top leadership, poor/no vision, inability to breakthrough, always try to find solutions within but not enough outward effort.
