Pros

I have worked for newegg for 6 months as a custimer service rep. The pay is fair and the management is amazing. The attendance policies are strict but for someone with a good work ethic that shouldnt be an issue. I worked a perfect full time schedule although friday will be my last day, i woukd work for their servjce deoartment again.

Cons

The trainibg needs serious improvement(but that could be because i was i. Their satelite office).

Good health insurance, Smart people, fast pace, best learning place for eCommerce. Good bonus if you could hit the goal.

Cons

Low base compare to outside, bound might be cut for no reason. Unclear direction, Medicare employee perk. Upper management changed too often.
