There are too many issues. Management is openly racist toward non-Chinese employees and they’re usually the first to be laid off. They expect million-dollar work for pennies, and HR will laugh at you after you’re let go. It’s a hostile environment. Leadership constantly throws out new ideas without much thought, and if those ideas fail, you’re the one who gets laid off.

Overall higher level company management. Lack of career advancement opportunities. Office location. Not enough parking for employees. If your category was not CE / IT, you did not get equal support or opportunities to grow the business. Rigid strict hours and expected employees to work over required hours.
