      good for balancing life and work; more tolerate for average performers; few pressure for most of employees; have opportunity to try but might not rewarding

      A decent amount of product lines and selection. Lots of different SMB tech solutions available both in Canada and USA Pretty good atmosphere

      Cons

      Product managers handcuffed by OEM companies due to reasons unknown Really wanted to make a big splash in saturated market of the CDW’s, Insight’s and PC-Canada’s of the world… No support when trying to land bigger deals
