Nice, hardworking co-workers, smart and talented product managers, well known in the industry as being one of the top Internet retail sites. Good for those who speak mandarin.

Cons

Incompetent owner and management, ruthless company politics, no job security - a lot of turnover. People get fired or leave often. Low pay with no opportunity, unreasonable expectations, and low company morale.
