youll never be paid enough higher up managers and C-suite are toxic and ask for too much youll have the work of 3 people with no hope of additional resources layoffs quarterly bad company moral and culture

Get to work with multiple vendors within the category you manage, in addition to exposing yourself to the full merchandising process from procurement to promoting to marketing your skus Located in City of Industry which is nice for those that live locally

Cons

Definitely can feel repetitive after a while of you being there, but that's w/ most jobs after working there a while
