Chaotic, too many politics. To make money is the name of the game there.... not a bad thing... but if you truly care about people working here can be conflicting... Employees are "replaceable".

No trust from management to work remote or you either have to use PTO. Even if you’re having symptoms or you’re still positive for COVID, it’s mandatory to come into the office. There’s a lot of backstabbing and talking behind employees backs. It honestly felt like I was in high school again and couldn’t believe that I’m working with 30-60 year olds who still talk like this. The company’s going downhill, with tons of layoffs and nobody actually knows what’s going on. When people say to not ask questions and just keep your head down, they really mean it; just do your time and find a better job later on (which many MANY people do) I never had to stay long nights, but it seems common here from what other people told me. Your manager will also be micromanaging you OR they have no experience and can provide no help. Would only recommend this place to my worst enemies.
