They had a ping pong table. That was about the only perk the company had.

Cons

Low pay, awful management and company structure, one of the worst company cultures I have ever been exposed to which is unfortunate. As a consumer, I liked Newegg (which is why I applied to work there). After seeing it from the inside I actually avoid purchasing from them.

Pros

Big company that can help you get in the ecommerce world. Some of the category managers are good and are involved in the daily work while others just wait on your feedback to report to management.

Cons

No real direction. Upper management wants sales one month then margin the next. No overall goal or vision for company. Lack of individual support and highly competitive. No bonus' since 2014 since they set the bar so high.

Pros

You'll meet some great people working way too hard without enough recognition. Benefits are ok as long as you aren't trying to put a whole family on them.

Cons

The office is cutthroat and gossipy. Trying to advance is like a junior high popularity contest between those who have garnered the most favoritism from management. Management that is close-minded toward any ideas other than their own. Despite always boasting record sales budgets and bonuses continue to get slashed and lowered every year.
