      1. Derek Chin was a great manager who was extremely knowledgeable and ethical. He had similar interests as mine. He is an expert in Web Development, Physics, Audio Engineering, Photography, Illustrations, Design, Marketing, and so many areas. I would say that he was extremely supportive and protective. He would never allow his subordinates to be insulted and attacked with highly inappropriate language. 2. Reputation for an individual, a Team, and a Company is extremely important. Newegg did it. All employees including my direct report manager, Derek Chin, and my co-workers, Caroline, Jeff Johnson, Seth, Keith, Ken Hsu, and many many others stood up and protect our teams' reputations and Newegg.com's reputation! 3. You would find everyone had ethics. The Senior Managers would tell you to learn more new things.

      1. Many late nights, but I would say that those late nights were very valuable for my career path.
