some people are friendly the pay isn't great if you have experience (i have 5 yrs), but if you're a newbie, theyll take you too.

Cons

management gives false hope and makes empty promises they had me work nearly 95 hrs in the span of 9 days because they messed up my schedule- i contacted HR yet they did nothing about it you cant get up to pee or get a snack. if you're not available to take calls the entire time, they will notice and question you.

Horrible company culture, poor leadership, bad office politics within upper management. Worst place to work. High turn over rate. Teams are always stretched thin and over loaded with work.
