Everything here is a downside. I would give 0 stars if possible.
- You are never paid according to what your actual role is. Always less and they make sure to let you know that you should be happy with how little you're being paid
- When you do get a "Pay Raise" you will have twice the amount of work that you originally had. So you end up doing the work or 2+ people.
- There's always a revolving door of people getting hired and people quitting
- Upper Management, VP's and some C-Suite People are incredibly toxic and are never held accountable for their actions.
- HR is a joke that is incredibly clicky. They don't follow the rules that they've set for the rest of the company.
- HR also lies to the new hires promising things that will never happen.
- The company is very reactionary for their "image" so they'll only take action for their employees/ customers if they absolutely have to. Otherwise they would continue in the mistreatment of everyone.
- You are never trained to fully grasp what you are supposed to do. You are treated like a robot and if you don't perform you are belittled and your character is insulted.
- HR has gone through 4+ cycles of being replaced.
- There is no company culture
