      Pros

      Great company and even better people. Good benefits and quite a bit of work to do. If you luck out with a good team and manager you may be able to weather through the difficulties better. I saw a lot of people come and go in my 1 year there

      Cons

      Fully onsite Made the switch back to hybrid after the holiday rush which also lined up with copious amounts of people catching covid. Safety protocols are in place but almost never enforced unless an inspector showed up. Everyone i spoke with agreed, however it seems the executives come in every day so you do too. Pay is average at best
