Pay is not competitive. Senior Leaders and executives only care about revenue and their egos. Meetings with all the C's are toxic and CEO treat other leaders with a condescending and disrespectful attitude. They like to humiliate people in front of others during their meetings. Executives at that level are expected to show a professional demeanor and set the example for other leaders at the organization. I hope someone at some point recognizes this opportunities in the near future and turn things around for the all great employees I met through all the years I spent at Newegg. If not, I really hope they find courage to look for opportunities with other companies with a healthier culture and that really value employees and customer more than their egos. Good luck!

I was super disappointed and angry because they made false promises about my compensation. And I feel that they don’t really trust employees to work from home. I know that pandemic is not as bad as before, but the world changed A LOT in terms of work style, shifting from in-office to home office, and I don’t think they are willing to adapt to that change and really think about what employees want.
