If you are lucky, you'll be with a decent team that is friendly and intelligent.

Cons

Horrible company to work at with a very hostile and toxic work environment. It is a constant rotating door of employees and turnover. CEO is surrounded by incompetent yes-men. Lots of back stabbing and throwing people under the bus so they can make it to the next paycheck. Highly questionable accounting and revenue reporting by all tiers of the company. Racist managers and hiring practices as well. Majority of the company are Chinese, if you're not, you're a token hire.
