Old out dated sick and pto policies. Little to no growth. Work place in heavily outdated.

Cons

Work Environment depends on your team, and it can be stressful work with higher levels. The company valued results. In most cases, top management likes to replace directors or managers if they couldn't reach unreasonable & changeable quarterly/annual goals.
