Pros

Fast-paced, goal-oriented assignments. Opportunity to manage your "business", work with cross-functional teams, and network with outside companies. Workload is manageable.

Cons

Learning curve plateaus rather quickly, not very innovative, micro-management. Not much lateral movement. Compensation is not very motivating.

Lame Duck management. Creates a loose environment. Many people to be fired before you can prove yourself.

Decent PTO accrual the longer you stay. You get food sometimes. Looks good on a resume. You can learn a lot if they pick you to do more work for the same pay. Opportunities to move higher up since they can't keep agents. Low retention overall. They do have a program where you train to be a supervisor and other management roles.

Cons

No one cares about anyone but themselves. Management turns a blind eye to everything so they don't have to deal with it. I never see my supervisor except for him to tell me the company didn't make any money and I only get an $80 bonus. Other supervisors pick favorites and allow them to be off calls just to hang out at their desk or play video games. Everyone has relations with everyone else including leadership and direct supervisors. People are treated unfairly. Agents are allowed to be verbally abused by customers/supervisors and management sweeps it under the rug.
