Solid work-life balance.

Cons

Decisions seem to be made on emotional whims, without solid reasoning or direction. Overall corporate communication is poor to non-existent. Employee suggestions not taken seriously. Management seems to be in, 'just-survive mode'. Very little re-investment in employees. Not allowed to take PTO during 4th quarter i.e. Nov/Dec holidays.

Thank you for your review! Starting January 1st, 2020, we will be adding new benefits to our already generous PTO program. Our support teams are constantly reevaluating our benefits to offer employees the best within our budget.
