Fun culture and an all around good people to work with. Product is great and innovative. Your opinion always matter. I think it's great your bosses and colleagues listens to you to help create a better business.

It can be a high learning curve but it is expected with this type of business.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! Being a smaller company, we like our employees to have a big impact on the business and its success. Newline strongly encourages employees to work together towards a common goal so that employees can be just as successful as the company. We work hard, but love to have fun as well! Pros

Newline has the best company culture of any place that I've worked. There's a family-like feel and everybody is very helpful and encouraging. At the end of the day, we’re all celebrating our victories together, and while we’re all competitive, we keep the bigger picture in mind. This is the first place I’ve worked where I don’t feel micromanaged but don’t feel totally left on my own either – there’s always assistance and support when I need it or ask for it. I really appreciate the career growth opportunities here and that the CEO is big on promoting from within and growing his employees. The compensation structure is very competitive and there's a ton of opportunity to make a killing. It's very straightforward and attainable, unlike many other sales roles I've seen.

Cons

The interview process is not something that can be completed in a week. It's in-depth in order to minimize turnover and to make sure that job is a match for all parties. This could be a con if you're looking to start in a new position tomorrow.

We appreciate such a positive and detailed response! It always helps to have a collaborative group that is willing to help each other succeed. Due to Newline's growth, we have a very autonomous environment, but support is always a step away. Our interview process does have multiple steps so we can hire the best of the best, like you! Pros

The company is definitely growing, the market is reacting well, and work is steady.

Cons

No training provided towards warehouse employees, warehouse management is minimalist towards responsibilities and work ethic and will only do the bare minimum when tasked with something from corporate. On the other hand corporate ignored the issue of an extremely lack-luster and under-qualified Warehouse Manager regardless of how it was brought up.
