We are given autonomy over our sales strategy and plan to cover the territory and we are not subjected to any type of micro-management. The Sales Managers treat us like professionals and allow us to use our individual selling styles to achieve. The commission structure is straight forward and you can calculate exactly what you are going to make based on your sales. We have a great corporate culture where everyone has a "Can Do" attitude and will pitch in to help everyone else in the company.

Newline Interactive is a great place to work with excellent corporate culture. Plain and simple. No micromanaging and no badgering from upper management.
