Good work life balance, competitive pay (for now)

Cons

LA Region leadership isn't great. They should work on teamwork/building culture in the LA Region. The MD just left, and the Ops Manager is not a collaborative person. Hopefully they find a way to promote culture better at this company. No one comes into the office..
