Pros
To a one, the people in my Division — even the senior executives in leadership — are kind, generous, gracious, approachable and collaborative. There is a palpable sense of team spirit and belonging that colors every interaction and request.
Cons
Company policy and procedure is often needlessly rigid. The are protocols for almost every undertaking, and they're followed for no other reason than "it's the way things are done." Also, because the corporate real estate (CRE) sector is comprised of various, semi-independent service lines, the responsibilities tend to be fairly siloed with little in the way of formalized means of gaining exposure to the broader palette of company functions.
