      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. They have great benefits and encourage advanced education and classes for its employees to become more knowledgable.

      Cons

      Cons are that it appears the admin support staff run the office. A lot of them in a certain office alienate new administrative staff that comes in.

      Pros

      Company is successful, so there is not a big fear of lay offs. Standard benefits are offered.

      Cons

      Company is not generous to administrative staff. Wages were at a standstill for sometime while I was there. Employees who were promised increases had been waiting more than a year with no result even though the company was doing very well and acquiring other companies to expand its portfolio.
