A little bit old fashioned, IT systems need an upgrade. on the whole not much wrong, a bit more training for stuff would be useful

There was very rarely enough work so it was almost impossible to succeed. Was told that I had to work at a different office location in Independence which turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When I talked to management about the difficulties occurring in the office where I was one of the two office workers, the other being my "boss", they flat out ignored all of it. I was having panic attacks about having to go to that job and they still didn't care. The downtown office people were nice but the morale was terrible. In the 2 years I was there 4 people quit and 2 were fired.
