      Pros

      Nice Corporate structure, with lots of team support and resources for success. Great environment to work in. Director is great coach and leader.

      Cons

      The one stand out would be the lack of followup sometimes through email correspondence or phone measages.

      I loved working with the marketing team at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank because it was a very friendly, team environment with very nice people. Everyone was there to help each other out if needed while working in an efficient system. The work you get to do is very versatile from creating collateral from templates, to designing collateral from scratch and much more. You are working within real estate on a daily basis, but many of your tasks are different making each day new and exciting.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a more laid back, lax environment I would say this company would not be the best for you. Everyone is very nice, but it is more of a formal, professional setting.
