Business Outlook
Pros
Great time off policies and flexibility. I loved the upper management teams - tons of support and a great attitude. They make a big company seem like a smaller local office place environment.
Cons
I think the only negative I would say is there aren't many opportunities for career advancement. Once you are in a position, you are basically stuck there unless you leave to go to another company.
