Limited upward mobility for designers. NO company 401k match. Raises are always a living wage increase of 2.1% or the sort. Brokers are difficult and more times than not disrespectful and impatient. No understanding of the design and marketing process. It's just text and photos to them "shouldn't be difficult, elementary". You'll work extremely long hours.

This office had the worst work environment in my career and my colleagues agreed. That might have been bearable with more variable financial upside, but that wasn't the case here. The brokers have a largely variable pay structure and the staff largely do not, which creates a terrible incentive mismatch. Almost all the staff at my location quit in the short time I was there.
