Business Outlook
Pros
Great team, big company name. Vacation time and sick pay is pretty standard but at least they offer it. some perks, from time to time free tickets would be given out to employees for game like the Knicks or Yankees, etc.
Cons
There is no work-life balance. There is no matching 401k's and benefits are not great. There is no growth opportunity within the company. You get hired at a level and you will stay at the level. There is a lot of work but not enough staff. Pay is very below market price plus long hours (advice due the math may not be worth it).
