Pros
They pay a portion of the parking costs, and give all federal holidays off. A good amount of days off and personal day are also given. The key staff is usually really nice and helpful.
Cons
This particular location is lacking in ethics. The brokers will hire an individual and promise advancement opportunities, bonuses and paid certificates, but these are all lies. During my time there I watched four different employees go through this process. Loyalty does not exist here. It's a very cut-throat and backstabbing environment and only and the pay gap is very discouraging. Apply cautiously!
