- great experience underwriting and seeing deals from prospecting to close. If you decide to not go into brokerage, you'll be armed with the best real estate knowledge and skills to go do whatever you want. - smaller company than JLL & CBRE. Much less oversight and much better culture. - Incredible people

Cons

- None. Try to get into brokerage as soon as possible...that's where the big bucks are made.
