      It is a company that is currently operating.

      Cons

      10% of your salary is paid in equity. If you leave the company, the terms of the equity pay are such that they can take stock shares back from you without notification. Your pay is based on commissions with a draw note for your salary. So, if the work handed out by management is not sufficient to meet your guidelines, they can terminate you and claw back part of the pay you earned with making a pittance.

      Work/Life balance was good; rarely had to work beyond office hours.

      Cons

      All male ego; no women role models; absolutely no room for growth; absolute NEPOTISM with people / friends getting jobs and promotions without having the experience. Bonus structure is A JOKE! Your bonus is VESTED which means you wont see any of it for at least 3 years!! and that's IF you even see it because it depends on how the company does!!
