      1. Good work environment - 100% remote company, collegial culture, and opportunities to work on projects with top brands 2. Supportive leadership - open to new ideas and initiatives 3. Good pay and other benefits. I have a MacBook Air to work :) 4. Highly talented colleagues

      Cons

      No cons but there are issues that often come with a remote company that is growing fast. 1. HR engagement is on the lower side as there's a bandwidth issue. 2. We are scattered across the globe with people working in different time zones. So, you don't get a chance to meet your colleagues offline.

      CEO is understandable and atleast makes time for meetings

      Cons

      Since I joined I have been noticing the way employees are treated by delivery managers is going down hill. They created their own inner circle of people with fellow managers and won't let others to shine Delivery manager's arrogance is all time high and he can not even take a no. ill treatment of employees has tremendously increased in the recent months. Threatening the employees using the client name does no good to anyone.
