Pros
Can be relaxed at times, the leads were 50% good.
Cons
when volume is down, its stressful and mngnt don't seem to have the answer to turn it around or be more positive. no positive reenforcement to motivate the staff. They have you do almost everything and when things went wrong, you paid for it and had to fix it, even after it has funded. Systems were so slow.
