- depending on your manager- flexible work/life balance - many learning tools on the portal - pro/con (depending how you look at it) you will do EVERYTHING, but gain a lot of experience doing so

Cons

- undervalued - low pay - random "projects" to work on that will take over your weekends - overpromised and underdelivered - unclear rules
