Pros

I've worked for numerous large, public tech companies as well as early startups and News Break is THE most open, collaborative, and growth-focused company. My coworkers are humble, supportive, always available to help (or point to the right direction), and communicate clearly and efficiently. Managers are transparent and set clear visions for what we want to be in the industry. Most importantly, the company's fundamental culture is about growth - learning through experimentation, research, and staying agile.

Cons

Timezone challenges working/coordinating with teams internationally

Pros

None, some co workers are helpful

Cons

Bad leadership, extreme misinformation, poor communication from upper management, you are frequently written off for writing anything except hate against black people ex pretty much any other race especially white people racism is not tolerated to be written about. Poor judgment on the Management and little time off as well as poor health benefits and 401k
