solid business model, healthy financial status, impressive growth from both the user base and revenue side. More importantly, I have seen great career growth from my team members. It's not only about the title and level, but also how they joined the company with a specific expertise, and grown to a senior leader who makes much bigger impact and leading and helping a team of their own.

Cons

people work hard and it's not great work life balance.
