Talented people on staff, you can learn a lot from. Great for networking.

Cons

Poor management. Little opportunities to climb the ranks. You're here today, gone tomorrow. Lots of turnover. If you have the chance to work here- feel free to take it...but be ready with a back up plan.

Worst place I’ve ever worked.

Cons

Never met anyone here who has been promoted or received a raise. Not even 2% cost of living or inflation raise. Some been here for 5 years and no raise. They will lie about this in your interview and say there is big room for growth. This whole place is a lie. DO NOT COME HERE!

The information above is completely false. Newsmax has provided annual employee raises each year for a decade. Again in 2025 company is doing annual performance raises across the board. The company went IPO on the NYSE this year and all Newsmax employees with more than 1 year of service were granted stock options.
