Pros

Pay, it’s a job at least.

Cons

Don’t let the ladies in charge fool you, this is not a safe place for women in the workplace. Years and years in HR over the same issue and it never got resolved. The toxicity in the place is rampant and their business model moving forward is counter to the industry. Perfect place to work if you wish to return home each night, cry into your awful benefits package and loads of money and question all your career choices.
