Pros

Great opportunity to launch your career and get better offers in the future. M has great design.agazine

Cons

Editorial board and leadership have managed to create a hostile environment, undermining the work of some reporters who are earning less than they deserve. They keep pressuring people to obtain clicks at all costs. They have a penchant for firing people over the phone and without warning.
