Its a high time that this company should really consider having some humanity. They consider all the employees as Robots and they dont have any feelings with them also they think their employees doesn't have any commitments. Just like that these people offer jobs to anyone even without proper evaluation and whenever they think they just revoke their words and remove the employee from their office and the employee have been left in the streets. Once you are out of their roll then thats it don't expect any post employment support from them they will chase you out even if you have everything right on your side.

Cons

Everything is a con in this company I couldn't see any one advantage in this company. Right from my joining till I came out of this company it was a headache and feels like a big thorn over my head for the kind of behavior. What they have is : * Poor HR policies * Bad Recruitment team * Poor management * Nothing stable inside
