Team retreat, occasional team dinners, snacks in office. You can keep your job here without working too hard, so this is a good place if you can't make it in more prestigious startups (good fall-back plan).

Cons

Incompetent leadership obsessed with selling the company to cash out - very short term view. Lack of transparency and frequent pivots. Weak middle management with no experience. Pay is low pay.
