All divisions of the company are not integrated--you often feel like you are working with a completely different company when you are really under the same umbrella. If you are not an Application Developer or Product Owner, they company views you differently, both in compensation and respect.

Long work hours at least 10 hours each day. Management does not recognize your hard work. Design reviews are joke. If you can yell and be little others only then you can survive in this company. No role of HR, managers yell at employees. Employee who spent more years in this company is basically your boss. You will be treated as a fresher even if you have 10 years of experience. Too much micromanagement. Managers lie about everything. It would be difficult to find next job because of technology used "Scheme". There is no work life balance. Unless you are in a very very very tough position don't consider this company. I will never ever recommend this company to my friends.
