Pros

Investment in company future appears to be top reiority from the executive team. Has been around for 10 years but with the new investment the company feels like a startup. Working somewhere that is on the cusp of booming growth has an excitement to it.

Cons

Limited employee count (i think around 300 right now) so the options for movement around the company are much more limited than with the big big competitors with 10,000 employees.

Pros

Awesome Leadership and Teammates... The mission is unmatched. Company morale is high. I love this job.

Cons

NTS is still small and growing. We only have a few offices, on-site work options are limited unless you live near one of our locations.

The company was great to work for a lot of change but that’s the nature of working with a growing company.

Cons

Their HR lady (fired since I’ve been gone) made my experience here, absolute hell.
